Regenyal Idea
Regenyal Idea, volumizing and biostimulating injectable
Regenyal Idea is a biorivolumetric line of monophasic gels, sterile and resorbable, ideal for filling and correcting skin volumes in a delicate manner, acting as a filler for the correction of skin sagging. Based on high-purity cross-linked and intercalated hyaluronic acid, it guarantees uniform distribution and natural-looking shapes. Its composition allows for visible yet harmonious results with excellent longevity. It is indicated for contouring treatments on cheekbones, chin, mandibular profile, and medium facial lines, offering a gradual and physiologically compatible effect.
Regenyal Idea products
Regenyal Idea is a line of monophasic gels obtained through a low-temperature, long-duration cross-linking process. Two molecular weights of hyaluronic acid are used to create it, allowing for the optimal calibration of the material’s diffusivity characteristics. Available in various formats, the line offers solutions for diverse aesthetic needs.

ELASTICITY – G’
Indicates the ability of the filler to return to its original shape when subject to dynamic forces. The higher the elastic modulus, the “harder and more compact” the gel is and therefore more resistant to deformation (e.g. anti-stress balls).
TAN DELTA
It is the ratio between G” and G’ (if greater than 1 the material is liquid; the closer the value is to zero the harder the material becomes).
VISCOSITY – G”
It is the force that binds the hyaluronic acid particles together and indicates the resistance of the filler to dynamic forces (an example of a very viscous fluid is honey).
PLASTICITY
It is the ability of a solid to undergo large irreversible changes in shape in response to applied forces. An example of a material that exhibits plastic behaviour is clay. The Biorivolumetria products from the Idea line are very plastic and easily mouldable with a simple massage.
COHESIVENESS
It is a parameter that expresses the ability of a gel to not dissociate, therefore to integrate with the tissues and to not migrate once injected.
There is no officially recognised method for measuring cohesiveness. One of the most used methods is the weighing of a drop of gel coming out of a standard capillary (needle). The heavier the drop, the more cohesive the gel is. The Biorivolumetria products have high cohesiveness and integrate perfectly with the tissues without migrating.
GEL WITH HIGH G’
More elastic / less viscous
More rigid
GEL WITH LOW G’
More viscous / less elastic
More soft
Rheology of Biorivolumetria products
In Biorivolumetria gels we find the right ratio between elasticity, viscosity, cohesiveness and plasticity, as, unlike fillers with high G’ and low G’’, they exhibit better integration with tissues, do not migrate and can be shaped with a light massage. This leads to a more natural-looking aesthetic result and skin rejuvenation over time.
